I have 10 remote emails, one is Gmail and the other nine are regular POP. Frequently, and maybe every time I log in, all of these remote addresses fails to check and I get an error message (you know, the #1, then #2, then #3 and it unchecks the automatic setting). Is this a bug?

@TonyWilliams

We recently received reports where the Remote mail option was only able to pull messages after you push the ‘Check Email’ button. This issue had been resolved however it may still be causing you an issue. I would advise you to contact our Support Team with your email address so that we can look into this issue in greater detail.

I have somewhat similar dounts about whether the retrieval is working. I have 3 remote emal accounts. Now if I use the iphone mail client to read my imap godaddy mail, nothing appears from those remote accounts, it only becomes accessible by logging in directly via web to my main webmail.
SO apparently the retrieval is not running automatically as I would expect?

@jskill

Do you have your remote email settings set up to automatically check for new messages? If you do, these messages should be delivered to the folder you specified and download via you email client with IMAP. This issue may need to be reviewed by our support team if you are still experiencing difficulty.

Yes, I have many identities (about 10) and have set them up as remote identities and I have the automatic check on. What happens is that sometimes, the remote identities have a problem pulling down the email and I get a warning. After 3 warnings, the automatic check setting is turned off. Then, I have to manually go back and set the automatic check back on. This happens more than once a week. Kind of a pain. By the way, the first remote identity is a gmail account. It never has this problem. Only the POP3 identities have this problem.
