SMTP Authentication

Good afternoon
I have 2 email addresses created. I created one today and the other a few weeks back. I have configured them on outlook 2007 and outlook 2010.
The email address I created today worked first time on outlook 2007, sending and receiving.
I then configured the first email I created a few weeks back with outlook 2010 to it not accepting the username and password for the SMTP server.
I have tried all recommended ports with and without SSL.
I have tried the outlook configuration tool.
I have tried removing the SMTP relay for that email address and adding again.
I have deleted the email address and recreated the email address with same issue.
I have also tried configuring the email account on Outlook 2007. The same computer that worked with the email account created today. The email account still has same issue.
Both computers are running windows 7 and fully up to date with the OS and office service packs.
Any help Appreciated

Sorry to hear that you are having issues. I would like our Advanced Technical Team to review the account. In order to do so, please compose an email to support@godaddy.com and include the specific email address in question, as well as permission to update the password on the address if necessary.
