some email only routes internally

I have set up the a and mx records to point to our exchange server and the existing email addresses route both internally and externally but new ones only internally. If I try to send to these from gmail I get a 501 (state 13)I think it maybe a DNS issue but i’m lost why some work and new ones only internally. Confused!!

When I check the MX records for theconnectedmarketplace.com, it looks like your custom MX records and our default MX records exist on the domain name. If you are using your own mail server and not using our email services, you should remove our MX records from your domain name to prevent conflicts.
