I have affected also my emails hosted into VPS server. All my domains accounts cannot send emails because are reported like SPAM into Spamcop.

I contacted with SPAMCOP for request to remove this, this is the reply from him:

***********************
This IP is listed because it has been sending spam to our traps. The likely cause is a virus/bot infected computer on your network or an account that has had the password information compromised.

Listings and delistings are automated. Once there has been no new spam for 24 hours, the IP will automatically delist.

If you are not an administrator of this server or network, you should forward your complaint to the administrator or host.
***********************

List IP affected at the moment:
http://www.spamcop.net/bl.shtml?208.109.80.47
http://www.spamcop.net/bl.shtml?208.109.80.52

http://www.spamcop.net/bl.shtml?208.109.80.53

I contacted to support by chat online reporting the problem two weeks ago, but the problem is recurrent. I need a diferent solution ASAP.
It´s possible to have a dedicated SMTP for my VPS?

Please advice the best solution

Thank you for bringing this listing to our attention.

Our email administrators make every effort to maintain compliance with each RBL service and strive to provide the most reliable email services available. Each RBL maintains there own set of rules to identify SPAM and occasionally one of our servers can become listed because of this.

Our email administrators are already actively working to get the affected IP’s removed from the Spamcop RBL. We appreciate your patience as we work towards a resolution in this matter.

I can assure that our Admins are working diligently to resolve this issue. At this time, I do not have a timeframe to offer, however I do know that the instances of the error are slowing.

We appreciate your continued patience while this is resolved,

This issue has been going on for THREE weeks now. I’ve called everyday and all I get is a “we are aware of the situation.” Why is this taking so long? Can we be provided with an alternate SMTP solution?

When will this issue be resolved???

Godaddy’s current approach has failed. It makes me look bad to my clients and it makes it hard to run a business. I do hope they will give everyone credits from when this began until it’s resolved. After all, they are not providing what we are paying for.

Many of us have been having issues for weeks.
