Still can’t connect my email to my iphone or ipad

I entered all the information as was indicated – incoming server: pop.secureserver.net and outgoing: smtpout.netserver.net. I initially got the response that “cannot connect using ssl”. I followed the instructions under that problem tab and now I’m getting the following: “the impap server “pop.secureserver.net” is not responding. Check your network connection and that you entered the correct information in the “incoming mail server” field. My network connection is working fine. I don’t know what to do next.

The error you posted would indicate that you are using a variety of POP and IMAP settings. If you have an account that supports IMAP, please use teh following instructions:
