@abid

This error usually indicates that your domain’s MX records are not setup properly. You will want to use the article included below to check your domain’s MX records.

“Checking Your MX Record Settings in the Email Control Center”

I’m having the same problem. I followed the steps in the article. I clicked server addresses and it states my MX records are correct however any email sent to my account gets the same rejected error.

@milo78

If the records have been updated recently, please allow for propagation, up to 48 hours.

Thanks for posting,

Hi,

I bought the domain name http://www.avalialearning.com and configured my mail with google apps, followed the procedure that google apps had mentioned and was waiting for MX records to be updated, after more than 48 hours it said that there was an issue, and I have updated the records again. I badly want a solution as my business is getting affected. Let me know how do I solve this quickly.

Thanks.

@avalia

It looks like avalialearning.com currently only has one MX record in place for Google Apps. You’ll need to add the rest of the Google MX records found at:

http://support.google.com/a/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=174125

You can have our system automatically update the MX records at:

https://www.godaddy.com/gdshop/google/gmail_login.asp

Let us know if you have any further trouble!
