The system is temporarily unavailable?

I have my email programmed to work through Outlook. It is prompting me to re-enter my password. When I try to log on via online, it says “The system is temporarily unavailable. Please try logging in again in a few minutes.”
This is a business account and I need to check for client messages. Is anyone else having this problem? And any information on when the server will be working again?

There might be couple of issues that is causing this, so let’s start here first: Resetting the password for the account and verifying the settings. Keep in mind that through this process, you will always have access to the web based email(email.secureserver.net).
