1. Web-login mail works fine.
2. Thunderbird can receive emails
3. But when try to send an email, it gives
“Login to server smtpout.secureserver.net failed.” error.

I’ve tried to change the port, doesn’t help.

@wenshan

If you haven’t tried already, there are multiple ports you can attempt to use. There are also other things which may be preventing you from using Thunderbird. The following linked article may help:

I’ve changed the port to 25, 80, 3535 (without SSL) and 465 (with SSL)

but still get the same error,
“Login to server smtpout.secureserver.net failed.”

If you followed the other suggestions in that article I referenced, with no change, I would suggest you contact our support team so they can test your account.

In the meantime you may want to utilize Web-Based Email to manage your mailbox.

You may also want to verify that you are using the correct outgoing mail server for your email plan’s region:

I’ve checked the email domain, it seems fine
———————————————
Host Names
HOST: ip-182-50-144-66.ip.secureserver.net
HOST: sg2pismtp01-v01.prod.sin2.secureserver.net
IMAP: imap.asia.secureserver.net
POP: pop.asia.secureserver.net
SMTP: smtpout.asia.secureserver.net

MX Records
0 smtp.asia.secureserver.net
10 smailstore1.asia.secureserver.net
Your MX records are correct.
———————————————

Here is the information from infocenter
———————————————
| Server | Standard Ports | Your Open Ports |
|——————————-+————————-+—————–|
| pop.asia.secureserver.net | 110, 995(SSL) | no POP ports |
| smtpout.asia.secureserver.net | 80, 3535, 25, 465 (SSL) | no POP ports |

What should I do, the webmail works fine, I just can’t send mails via thunderbird

@wenshan

In your original post you stated the error you received was with logging into ‘smtpout.secureserver.net’ when the SMTP server you will need to use within Thunderbird is ‘smtpout.asia.secureserver.net’. If you make this update to your client settings you should be able to send mail.

This works for me too but only if I delete and then add again my account and manually changing incoming to pop.europe.secureserver.net and outgoing to smtpout.europe.secureserver.net

Didnt work when i tried to EDIT the outgoing servers already installed .

Thanks for the solution
