Unable to get email from one particular sender?

I seem to be getting email just fine, but one particular person has emailed me three times and I am not getting the email. Does anyone know how this could happen and how to remedy?

I am having this same problem – just with one customer. All emails sent from him to each of our Godaddy hosted email accounts gets lost and he gets no bounce message. But he can email us successfully using other non-Godaddy accounts.

I solved this problem by adding the sender to my “preferred senders” list. Not ideal, but it worked.

You may have the sender provide a copy of the email he is sending to our Support Team for review. They may be able to determine the reason for non delivery.
