How do I configure go daddy to send all email for our domain to our exchange server? Is it just the MX record adding?

@connected_m,

You would want to create custom MX records for that server, if you haven’t already done so. You can do that by first creating an A record (for example, “mail”) that points to your Exchange server’s IP address. Once you have done that, you would remove the current MX records, and add the “mail.domain.com” as a MX record. (It would be under the Points to section, as the host name and priority can stay the same.)
