Webmail error sending mail

I occaisonally receive the error: “Sorry, there was a problem sending your message. Please check your network connection and try again.”
I am using the webmail using IE 7 on a wired connection. I have access to internet and can send mail via other programs.

This error is normally caused by a connection issue, usually a slowness in the connection. If you are trying to send an attachment, I would recommend that you try removing the attachment and send again. Otherwise you can try sending mail from another computer, preferably one connected to the internet through a different network.

has there been any movement on this issue? I have specific clients whom cannot send (including forward, and reply) messages from the webmail. I can confirm that this problem is not because of attachments, firewalls, or slow bandwidth because there are clients in the same office, with the same version of the browser (and operating system) and all with the same firewall settings and internet bandwidth who CAN send emails sharing the office with other users who cannot. This problem for Employee_A is the same regardless of browser, if she tries to forward the email in IE, Chrome, or Firefox the “Sorry, there was a problem sending your message. Please check your network connection and try again.” error occurs. I can login to the same account from another computer in the same network and send emails just fine. I realize this is a issue with the specific computer she is using, however I cannot dial down the problem to a specific cause. Any assistance you can provide will be greatly appreciated

If your client is using an anti-virus or other security application, they may want to try temporarily disabling that application. Your client may also want to try enabling Full-Time SSL Mode in their Web-Based Email settings. This article explains how this can be done, as well as some other troubleshooting steps for Web-Based Email:
