Pending confirmations. How to resend

I have hundreds of people that must have forgotten or didn’t know they had to click the confirmation email to be confirmed.
How do I either resend them or mark them as confirmed? Losing tons of possible interest by not being able to send them emails with this poor email confirmation setup.
I’m sure customers that didn’t click the confirmation emails months ago won’t randomly go find it in their emails. Please let me know how to do this so I can have them join the mailing list like they wanted to by initially signing up.
Is there anyway to bypass the need to click the confirmation email? I’ve never seen any site newsletter need that!

To resend the email you would need to delete the subscriber and re-add them. Also, if you have an opt in link on your website you can have them subscribe there and they will immediately go active in your subscriber list. You can remove subscribers using the steps in the link below:
