Problem Sending Test Emails
rebekahf said 1 year, 6 months ago:
I noticed that the sending of test emails has been spotty and lately I cant seem to actually receive one. I’ve tried html and text and nothing is showing up in my spam folder. Is there some sort of a delay?

@rebekahf
Currently we are not aware of any delays. and we are not receiving multiple reports regarding delays. If you have created a campaign and it has been sent according to the manager in Express Email Marketing, but you have yet to receive it, I would advise contacting our support team so they can further review the matter.

You may also want to try sending to a different email address to make sure it’s not a problem with the email account your sending to. Another possiblility is that the content of the campaign may be getting rejected by an outbound or inbound server so you may also want to try just sending a test message with very little in it. Otherwise as the prior poster said, please contact support.

I’m having this exact same problem. The first test I request works fine. But after that, nada. I’ve now requested 5 emails to 3 different email accounts over the last 1/2 hour and I have received nothing. With the usual cycle of compose, test, fix, test etc., this is making Express Email unusable. If this isn’t fixed we’ll have to take our business elsewhere.

i cannot send any test emails to any addresses – none are going through

@dibs
If you can provide your domain name I’ll review it’s configuration with you. Any error message you can provide will also help me determine the cause.

Hi!
I bought the Express Email Marketing, but then in horror noticed that on the Mac (which I use exclusively), it does not work at all on Safari, nor on Firefox (either the test email sending or the import custom HTML), it only works in Chrome (luckily).
I hope they will fix the issues on the Mac or I will have to change service providers.

@pufichek
Express Email Marketing is fully supported on Safari 5 and Mozilla Firefox 4+ (up to latest current release) on Mac OS X. I would suggest contacting our Support Team so that they can test these features within your specific Express Email Marketing plan.

Having troubles sending test emails for a campaign setup in express email marketing. The domain is senatorjulialynn.com. The test came through successfully yesterday, but made some changes then sent a new test and it will not go through to any of our test email addresses. Any thoughts on how to fix?
timb said 1 year, 3 months ago:
@julialynn
Have you contacted our support team to assist you with reviewing this issue further? As long as there are no issues with the address you used to send the test email, there should be no problem in receiving it.

I have the same problem, with test email.
terrogar said 1 year, 3 months ago:
I am experiencing the same problem.
I spent approximately 1.5 hours on the phone with their tech support last night, who was convinced because they could not replicate the problem, it did not exist.
Since that phone call, I have asked three separate users to log in, and attempt to send test emails all from seperate computers and different web browsers.
None were successful.
If this isn’t fixed, I agree with the earlier poster, that we will as well be taking our business elsewhere.
Poor product so far, as well as sub-standard customer service.
