I just sent my first email campaign and one of my good customers is reporting that she cannot see the pictures…she forwarded what she got and indeed there’s not even picture placeholders. I’m afraid nobody will get the pictures on the campaign

The most likely thing is that the email client receiving the email is blocking the images for your protection. There should be an option to show images or always show images from sender which you would have to select to see the entire email. Unfortunately this is not something we control and is in place in many email clients today. I would advise checking the email to see if content is being blocked from being seen. There is usually a link above the email that indicates you when something is being blocked.

Thanks Steve…it appears that the images were completely removed from the message as not even placeholders are shown :(

Also, I noticed that the from address in the email my customer received shows:
From: Accurate Lock and Hardware [mailto:mailer_response@emailcounts.com] On Behalf Of Accurate Lock and Hardware
instead of the “from” address I defined ?????

To troubleshoot the issue further, I recommend getting in touch with our 24 hour support team. Our tech guys will be able to review that particular email campaign to more accurately pinpoint the cause of the problem.
