You may create a Cover Sheet in the same manner. This article contains steps on how to setup a Cover Sheet:

Unfortunately, it doesn’t work. It can attach it as an image and is not dynamic… I want to be able to use it in the same manner I would in Microsoft Word for example. I am sure you understand what I mean. Also, when I tested it earlier, taking my French document, it didn’t even bring my logo, etc., but just the text format in my original word document…

If I am right, and from what you answered to me, the upload feature is just to bring in your fax cover sheet that you would have prepared in advance in Word. Am I right ? If I bring it in Word format, it doesn’t keep my images in it, but if I save it in pdf format, then it brings me the whole thing as an image. It can be ok that way, but is there a way to have my French template added to the template in the platform? I can appreciate that it may be too much work for a small group of users, but… I worth it to ask !

The Cover Sheet in Fax Thru Email is intended to be a standard cover sheet used on all of your faxes. If you require individual cover sheets for each fax, then it would be best for you to include the cover sheet in the fax itself as opposed to creating one through Fax Thru Email.
