Fax thru Email Does Not Support XPS

I tried sending a fax thru email of an invoice from my quickbooks, but it wouldn’t let me because of the format, .xps. Is Godaddy working to fix this and if so is there an estimate for how long?

@patriotusa17
We generally recommend .PDF’s to be sent through Fax Thru Email. However, .DOC and .DOX work as well. If I misunderstood what you are requesting, please do not hesitate to reply to this post with further information regarding your issue.

I don’t believe Quickbooks allows you to change the format of the invoice, pretty sure its automatic. So either the fax thru email suppports the format or else I’ve wasted my money.

According to Intuit’s web site there’s a Quickbooks PDF Converter you can use to output PDF.

Although we are looking at more file types to support for our document conversion at this time we don’t directly support Quickbooks .xps format.
