Is there a maximum file size limit when faxing from FaxThruEmail account?

So you are working on a big legal case or a big real estate transaction and you have numerous documents to fax. You login to your FaxThruEmail account, and upload all those documents from the “Send Fax” page and click “Ok” button to fax those documents. Lets say the recipient is also the proud owner of FaxThruEmail account and is expecting your large fax. After sometime, you find out that the recipient didn’t receive your fax. Why? Because the email address tied to recipient’s FaxThruEmail account has maximum attachment size limit of say 15MB. And since, FaxThruEmail converts the received fax into a pdf file and sends it as an attachment to the email address tied to the FaxThruEmail account, the email with attachment (and hence the fax) is never received.
To avoid such inconvenience, FaxThruEmail team decided to set a limit to the total size of all files that can faxed per transaction. Keeping in mind, the maximum email-attachment size for most email systems, now FaxThruEmail users can fax a maximum of 30MB per transaction (or attempt). So if you have 1MB files, you can fax 30 of them in one go, but if you have 10MB files, you can only send 3 of them in one go.
So now from the “Send Fax” page, if the user attempts to fax multiple files that with combined file size of over 30MB, they will get a warning stating “The fax total of 41,232 exceeds the service limit of 30,000″.
Happy Faxing!
