I’ve lost my password for my Fax Thru Email sign-in. I can still get to it through my regular GoDaddy account, but wanted to know if you could reset it so that I can go directly to it by the website?

Mike is right if you currently know your password, but you stated you do not know your password. The reset feature under Contact Information requires that you enter your old password to change it.
You will need to contact GoDaddy customer service to have that reset for you. It’s a quick and painless process once we get you on the phone.
