New User Interface not allowing upercase file extensions

Solution found for windows 7:
Control Panel “folder options” “View” tab remove check mark from “hide file extensions for known file types”
“My Computer” right click on the drive you store your files on. in the “General” tab at the bottom remove check mark from “allow files on this drive to have contents indexed”
