Had a domain it was appraised with different appraisal sites from $0.03 to $15353.00.
How in the world one site appraised for 3 cents and top appraised was $15353,still confuses.

Companies that offer appraisals do not all use the same algorithm to appraise a domain name. You will usually find that the appraisals will vary from company to company; however, the difference you have pointed out is quite extreme. You may want to use your favorite search engine to look up reviews for the different appraisal companies you went though to see if others see drastic changes in price through a certain company.
