Domain Disappeared from my Cart

About an hour ago I was in the check-out process for a domain that I bought at the “Buy Now” price of an auction. I chose to pay through PayPal and was transferred to their site to confirm. I was then returned to Godaddy and presented with the error message “We’re sorry, but the domain name you are looking for is no longer available through auction. Try searching for another domain name.” My cart was empty and when I searched for it nothing showed up.

I immediately called customer support and was basically told that there was nothing I could do. I wasn’t happy with that answer so called back and the rep told me that it will reappear in my cart within 1-24 hours. My cart’s still empty, so I guess I’ll just have to wait…has anybody had a similar experience?

I just wanted to say that the domain appeared in the auctions once more and I was able to pick it up. :)

I guess that there was a bit of a misunderstanding with the first customer support rep, and it should appear again within several hours.

I have the same problem. I found domain, put it in the cart, but then I decided to remove it from cart. I wanted to again buy this domain, but when I returned to the auction, domain no longer appear on the list, no metter how I search. Why?

@nitingrover

If you are still unable to locate the domain in question, you’ll want to get in touch with our Go Daddy Auctions Department at Auctions@GoDaddy.com so we can review the domain in question.
