Get funds from GoodAsGold account

I plan to use GoodAsGold account to sell my domains on GoDaddy Auction. Currently, I can’t use PayPal account (I don’t have US bank account).
I found a lot of information how to PUT fund to GoodAsGold deposit, but no information about how to get money from GoodAsGold account.
So, how to get the funds from GoodAsGold account after domain selling? Where can I read about that?

If you don’t have US bank account we may be able to issue a check for your balance. Contact our support team for more information.

I can’t use PayPal for getting payment so I must set up a payment account with Good As Gold. Since I have no other needs for this account, is it possible to create a GoodAsGold account only if I make a sale ?
Another question is how to transfer payment from Good As Gold account?

If you close your Good As Gold account, we do transfer the funds back to you. However, there is no way to transfer from the Good As Gold account if you don’t cancel it first.
