I won domian in auction but now my paypal account encounteres a problem.if i don’t pay domian in few hours domain will remove from my account. what can i do? can i tell my friend to buy a godaddy giftcard for me to pay this amount? i;m very sad and support didn’t answer me after 24 hour and it’s becoming late

If there are issues currently with your PayPal account, completing the purchase through a Gift Card would be acceptable as long as the domain auction was not part of a ‘Buy Now’ auction.
If there are still issues completing the purchase after attempting to use a Go Daddy Gift Card, I could recommend continuing to work with our Auction Support team at auctions@godaddy.com for further assistance. Keep in mind that our auctions team generally responds back to an inquiry within 24-48 hours.

My apologies for any confusion.
Purchase of a new Go Daddy Gift Card would not be possible. If you or your friend had an existing one you could still use this towards the domain purchase.
If you do not have an existing Gift Card, then the only other methods of payment allowed for the expired auction purchase would be through a PayPal account or Credit Card.

and i’ll receive a message : ” dear customer , beacuse of your recent purchase activity…for your protection…” or something like that and no one will answer me why my account is locked as happend before.I’m very confused why your system don’t allow customers to buy a gift card or like other registrars use credit in your account/
if you can assure me if my friend pay my bill with his paypal or CC , there will be no problem i’ll do that.

I am sorry for any inconvenience caused by not being able to purchase a new Gift Card. We simply do not offer this option for new purchases at this time.
As for making a credit card purchase through your friends account, I would not be able to address account specific concerns such as this over an open forum. As I mentioned previously, further issues completing this purchase will need to be addressed through our Auction Support team at auctions@godaddy.com.
