Purchased Domain at Auction and heard nothing…..

I purchased a domain at GoDaddy Auctions. The domain appeared in my ‘Transfer In’ part of Domain Management, but since then i have recieved two (2) ‘Transfer Failed – Invalid Authorization Code’. I have asked GoDaddy support via the online support ticket and FIVE DAYS have gone past and heard NOTHING from GoDaddy.
I used to be pleased with GD’s support and response but they seem to have dropped the ball on this one.
GD – Can you please reply with advice?

I apologize if the Auctions team’s response has been delayed regarding the domain name. Unfortunately, I can’t directly check your account for this purchase, however, you may want to try to contact the Auctions team directly at auctions@godaddy.com to see if you can receive a further update on the transfer status.
