I would like to renew above title domain which is currently expired status. I am trying to renew it in domianmanger by using recover expired domain option wherein the “rosemurthy.com” is not listing within my account. I appreciate your quick help in this regards and treat this is critical request. I need to bring this site up and running ASAP.

If the Domain has expired and is redeemable you would be able to recover it using the directions in:
Recovering Expired Domain Names
However, if you are not finding the information through these steps I would suggest to contact our Support team so that they may further review the account in question and advise appropriately.
