What is your site/URL, and is this a Website Builder account? You may need to get your IP address and update your domain’s A record accordingly.

Information Regarding the 'My Account' Malfunction on January 30, 2013
On January 30, Go Daddy's account management interface experienced a login issue between 12:15 and 1:30 p.m., Arizona time. We immediately resolved the issue, investigated its cause, and took remedial measures to ensure that the issue will not re-occur. Only a very small subset of our customers who were actively logged in to their account during this timeframe were affected by this issue.
