I have read many opinions here, though have to say, am using email support cause am living abroad, and must say i have had all my email support specific to my issues, had one email not so helpfull but emailed again and got the answer i needed, i have tried many other hosting companies in the past, but can say about refund and transfering and legitamacy, GoDaddy is the most sincere company i handeled with, and i never found any hiddent fees and misleading tactics what so ever.
Noting also: i suscribed to one of my domains with discounted 3 months hosting account, and it mentioned if i cancell my account godaddy policies does not refund the remaining money, and i emailed them and they said they will refund the money for the remainig not used dadt.And i must admit i was suspicious at first, but cancelled my hosting account, and didnot get any refund first week or so, but today i got the full refund. Which is really agood unexpected thing.
So to those who are looking for sincerity and atrue full time support not only till u purchase their product they stop responding i do advise GoDaddy.
And about reviews many top granted 1st position companies are only cause they concentrate on advertising their products.While GoDaddy concentrate on being better and it have been.
I was along time ago reseller at godaddy, and now am new reseller again at godaddy, and can say godaddy have really improved alot than before, so keep the good work godaddy.

Another thing to mention,
no other company does have such group that mentions unsatisfied customers review and anger towards the company, when u do post negatively on other sites they just remove your comment, but here i am amazed the opposite with godaddy you can freely post whatever you think about them though in most cases as i believe are just misunerstanding or what so ever called.

I just sent a question (not a problem) and receive a dumb automatic answer for another thing. If the support can’t read the question, what will happen when I have a real problem?
The hosting is fine, everything is working. The speed to create or modify your configuration is a little slower, but it’s works (with some bugs in the Premium DNS). The services organization can be much better.
For now, with a week of service, almost everything is fine.

I am completely baffled by Go Daddy support. I have no idea how to get to the editing page for my free page. And I think I just signed up for something that will cost me five dollars a month automatic. Now I have to call them to find out how to undo that.
I will NOT recommend godaddy to anyone.

As a new user to Godaddy, i’m disappointed to realize there is no Live Chat Support available. It is a huge problem since my web development contractor is outside USA and can’t utilize phone support.
I’m disappointed to see there is no Cpanel for my hosting a/c, there is no Fantastico / Simple scripts, etc for one click installs of popular s/w.
The help information could also be organized MUCH better IMHO
Godaddy is good for getting good deals on domain name registrations but not for web hosting. ( IMHO )
