If I backorder a domain and am outbid at auction… I read that I can “move your backorder credit to a different domain”. Can I get a refund instead? Can a “backorder credit” be used to purchase new domains?

You can either apply the backorder to another domain as a backorder or you can request a refund. We can’t apply the funds directly to a new domain purchase unfortunately. Just contact our Support Team if you need help with either option.
