cannot change privacy setting

I follow the instructions in order to change privacy setting, but do not end up finding my domain name, at step 4. A search comes up empty. I wish to correct this as quickly as possible as I do not want my information shared on lists.

Hi, I’m signed into the correct account, and can see in the folder that my account is public registration. I’d like to have this changed to private. As I said, going through the steps, at step 4, I can’t retrieve my domain name from the searchable list. Is this something customer support could do at the back end?
