Hey VenoushCZ,

A Single Domain/Standard certificate would be sufficient for both IIS6 and Exchange 2003. Only the newer versions of Exchange require a Multiple Domain/UCC certificate, because of the sub-domains that require security. However, if you are wanting to cover your website as well, you may want to look into separate Single Domain certificates or a Multiple Domain certificate (depending on how many you need covered).
