Creating SIP records for Lync

Greetings, i have tried using the guide ofr Adding/Editing SRV records but it does not seem to work for me. maybe i just doing it wrong. this is the record i would like to create. _sip._tls.triumph-drilling.com with port 443 and target is the sip.triumph-drilling.com (A record already exist).
It seems i can’t get NSLook up successfully show me the SRV records i created is valid. a NSLOOKUP with set type=srv does not return answer for _sip._tls.triumph-drilling.com.
please help and appreciate a response.

I will have our support team reach out to you directly for some additional information. It sounds as though there is an issue with your zone file that we can correct.

I am having the same issue with my domain as well. It would be nice if you posted a solution here…assuming it was corrected.

If you have not done so already, please contact our Support Team with your domain name as the issue posted by the previous user was with their domain’s zone file.
