Domain wpgetready.com does not redirect

After reviewing a Whois Lookup for your domain I am showing that the Domain is set to point to the following nameservers:
1- DNS.SITE5.COM
2- DNS2.SITE5.COM
I have performed a DNS look up on the domain through a third party DNS site and show the Domain XXXDOMAINXXX is resolving as you have set but that the Hosting Server is not responding:

Response: Server failure. There’s a problem with the DNS server for wpgetready.com.
When pointing a Domain via the nameservers to a third party Hosting Provider, you are giving the control of the DNS over to them. As the Site is pointing as is set, if you are having issue with the Site you will need to contact the Hosting Company for further assistance.
