The AP and EU you are referring to is the Plan Region. AP is the Asia/Pacific Region and the EU is referring to our European Region.

The Recurring account is referring to the Billing. Meaning that in order to keep the service active it will need to be renewed upon expiration.

For further assistance with items regarding the billing you will want to contact our Support team as they are able to review the specific account in question.
