Without having access to the current hosting server, it is impossible to determine the amount of space you are currently using. Based on what I see on the site, any of the packages will work.
We do not offer a toll free number at this time. As for communication, we have an Online Support Team and the Community which are staffed 24/7.

To get started, you would need to purchase and setup the hosting plan. As for the FTP settings and path, this will be setup when you activate the account. As for FTP, it always runs on port 21. AS for the existing site, you will need to get a copy of the files and any databases you may have. Migrating the site to our servers is not a service we offer.

If the domain is resolving to the hosting server, the uploaded files files should show immediately. Are you still having issues?
