I didn’t find the back-up menu in my cpanel

What type of hosting are you using? Our shared hosting does not use CPanel. If you are using shared hosting, you can use this information to back up a MySQL database or this information to back up a SQL Server database. If you’re on Linux, you can create a Cron job to do back ups of your database. However, we only recommend doing so if you are familiar with the scripting of Cron jobs.

I would use the information I provided on backing up your MySQL database, and the information on Cron jobs to set up an automated back up.
