I have been hacked

Hello all, i have just signed up on go daddy to buy a domain (2 days ago) this is my first domain and don’t have much knowledge, this is why i would just like to try it.
Yesterday i noticed some emails from go daddy saying my information had been changed, i tried to log in and could not. I tried to get password but it seems that the email that was on the account doesn’t work and will not reset my password. I then opened a support ticket about 17 hrs which they haven’t replied to yet, which i know takes 24 hrs. I then log onto my bank account and see they the person that changed my details is now buying things.
The website i spent hours of the past days doesn’t work anymore and my host is perfectly fine, there it no problems with it.
I am looking for advice on what to do to get my account back, keep in mind that this is another account i made because i couldn’t log in to my other one to post on here.
I am very nervous because he could buy anything at any time with my bank card still on there.
Further more i didn’t even give my password or username to anyone! Only i had access to it and always will. I do not know how this has happened, i just wish to get my original account back, with my domain that i paid for.

PS: The domain i had was thegamecraze.com and i have all customer numbers and original emails for proof.
