I turn off all auto renewals and I just spent an half an hour trying to figure out where to turn off the supposed email renewal which I had no idea was separate from the domains. Trying to find anything on this site is a pain in the u know what. I turn off all of my auto renewals, which should never be put on your account with authorization. With godaddy always miss an auto renewal, how many people have this happened to costing me money I did not agree to spend. Telling me that I can’t get my money back becasue I am too late. I say it is never too late I did not authorize this purchase and I will dispute this charge with my bank and report this. Six days ago I could have gotten my money back with out issue, you know what it should have been refunded without issue when the mistake was caught. I have made a lot of purchases from godaddy and it will be that last if I don’t get my money back. I will not stop being annoying until I get my money back, I do not like being charge for something I do not want. GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY-GODADDY TAKE IT FROM ONE OF YOUR NASCAR PROMOTIONS.

It’s amazing…. All the problems people have are due to them not checking there account settings…. Is it such a hard task to check these things when you purchase and setup your domain?? no…. If you don’t turn off auto renew (fully) then IMO you get charged…. Your post says you had 6 days to get a refund…. What took you so long… You get an email within 10sec of buying something, or something been renewed…
What do you want… Everything to be given to you on a silver platter??
