It sounds like you may not be pointing the Domain to Correct MX Records and Server settings for your Email Plan Region.
To ensure the Domain is pointing to the Correct MX Records you will want to follow the steps in: Checking Your MX Record Settings in the Email Control Center.
After you have followed the steps from the above article you will want to visit http://x.co/infocenter to ensure you are using the correct servers for the Email Client.
