MX Record doesn’t update as it should

When I look up MX Record from other tools, my zones are NOT being updated – some records are persisting over several weeks though I deleted them.
The records are for:
kcccla.org
kcccusa.com
kcccusa.org
The MX record should ONLY have 5 records that I see in DNS management panel but I get 2 more records that show up when I do a look up – I need them gone.

If there are additional records showing in a DNS look up that are not listed within your DNS Manager, I would advise you to contact our Support Team to have your zone file refreshed for each domain name. Please include your support PIN and each domain in your request.
