Well, I have tried to upload three different images for a background and when I click upload it tries but then says, “Unknown Upload Error.” All of the images have been JPG.

Have you tried uploading any other files to see if possibly it was an issue with the file itself? Otherwise, you could also try making a copy of the image, and saving it with a different file extension to see if that is the issue.

If you continue to have issues, you may want to contact our Support team with the steps you’ve taken to reach this point, and if possible a screen shot of the error. You can send that to support@godaddy.com, along with your customer number and call-in PIN.
