publishing taking a long time

I clicked on “publish” and “backup before publishing” and my request is taking more than an hour. It never took more than a couple of minutes in the past, and I haven’t added a ton of more images, so I don’t know why it is taking so long

That definitely doesn’t sound like a normal amount of time. Have you tried closing it out and trying again? I’d recommend you try that and if that doesn’t work go ahead and contact our Support Team so we can access your account. We’ll need to review this first hand and unfortunately we just can’t do that here.
