question about the free GoDaddy Email service

Our domain is on the GoDaddy Server & we are using your free Email service.
Sending Emails to any Address works pretty good…unfortunately “receiving” Emails is impossible !
Testing with –>

Are you in Europe and did you buy accounts for our European datacenters? If so you would need different MX records/mail servers setup for your domain.
