Hi GoDaddy,

I have just purchased a Personal E-mail Services (1 year) with your company. From your advertisement, I’ve been told I could personalise the e-mail with my owned domain before I proceed the payment.

I am owning .PRO domain and I have then realised your company does not support .PRO domain transfer services and therefore the services I just bought became completely useless for me.

I have just purchased the mentioned service for less than 1 hour, I hope GoDaddy can consider a refund for me as I really do not expect your company didn’t provide a domain transfer for .PRO, only until when the service become available after payment and when I try to activate it by using your another service – domain transfer.

Thanks for your time and consideration

@seanl

You are welcome to use our email service with a domain that is registered through a 3rd party. For the email to function properly, you’ll need to make sure that the domain’s MX records are pointing to our email servers.

Checking Your MX Record Settings in the Email Control Center

If you would still like to cancel the email plan, you’ll want to get in touch with our 24 hour support team to request a refund.

Hope that is the right channel.

Please advice if you have better suggestions.
