Well, we really can’t advise as to the legality of something like this. Our domain registration search won’t really filter any trademarked or copyrighted names when searching. It’s up to you, the customer, to determine if this is something you can or should do.

@peter_gray – You can consult a lawyer in your area. As in this type of situation there is not a simple yes or no answers. All of the facts would need to be considered as to weather you would be safe with the domain name.

I would agree with Nate D here, contacting a lawyer would be your best bet if you are concerned with the legality of registering a particular name. Also, make sure that your registration meets our Domain Name Registration Agreement.
