Website Tonight auto saves your work. When editing content in a content block you will only need to ensure you click the Save icon that displays in the bottom right of the block. This will save whatever edits are made in that block, and there is nothing else you need to do beyond that. If you plan on doing a redesign you may want to consider backing up your current site before making any drastic changes. The following link has steps to backup your site.
