There are certain files that will automatically display when a directory is accessed. You can find the file names in this article:

If you would like to set your own custom default file, you can do so with a web.config file:

It appears you are referring to arisereinforcement.com. I currently get a 404 error when I attempt to access the site. You may want to check to make sure you uploaded the site to the root directory.
