Hi, i have delt with many companies in the past, all i want is to cancel my smartsites hosting. im unable to online and the billing team never cancels my account when i request it. all i get is lies lies lies!

i love your domain regs i use them often but the hosting…well…this has put me off even thinking about coming back for hosting. sorry guys.

oh and the call centers, when i say CANCEL i do mean CANCEL not renew my account. i know you wont get a bonus for this but atlest keep your customers happy!
