You will not have a cPanel on a shared hosting account. To access the Hosting Control Center, you need to go to Products, Web Hosting, then click Launch.

As @christianh pointed out, we offer our own internally develop control panel interface (Hosting Control Center) in place of cPanel. It is an intuitive interface for the setup and management of your hosting account. We even offer an article with detailed instructions to help you learn the interface:
