I had Joomla installed already, but lost my password, so I uninstalled and reinstalled it to start over. While going through the installation process, it gives me a server error. If I try to log into site.com/administrator it says

“PLEASE REMEMBER TO COMPLETELY
REMOVE THE INSTALLATION FOLDER.”

I do not know where to go to do this, can someone please help, the technical support will not answer my question.

@goddard88

You can delete the installation folder using our FTP File Manager. This article will show you how:

Deleting Files or Folders Using the FTP File Manager

If you installed Joomla into the root of your hosting account, the installation folder should be located in the root of the hosting account.
