I have been using ShiftEdit to work on my site via FTP with no problem for a week and a half or so now. Now I suddenly cannot connect. I installed FileZilla. Still can’t connect. I tried to connect from Windows Explorer. No cigar. What is the problem here and how can it be fixed?

I would still advise contacting our Support Team so that the can determine if your hosting server is also affected by this same event or if an additional review will be required.
